My transition to Corporate Caregiver Safety Consultant allowed me to view healthcare through a wide-angle lens. I learned to identify the systemic gaps and organizational failures that lead to harm. I can quickly identify a problem at its source and design the communication strategies necessary to fix it.

I’m a coffee-loving thinker and writer who chooses a stack of non-fiction over a novel. When I'm not drafting safety content, you'll find me dragging my family on hikes, hunting for the city's best sushi, or naming my many houseplants.

From the West Coast to England, and the Florida Panhandle to Oklahoma, my career has spanned high-volume ERs, procedural suites, and international military hospitals. In every setting, an uncompromising standard of excellence has guided my work. Today, that same standard drives my mission: advocating for the safety of frontline caregivers through expert communication.
